We're expanding our payment options to make accessing mental health care easier and more convenient than ever. Soon, clients will be able to pay using debit, credit, mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), HSAs/FSAs, cheques, cash, and direct billing with major insurers like Manulife, Canada Life, GreenShield, and more, whether you're attending sessions in person or online. Cambridge, Ontario - September 30, 2025Sherry Maxwell & Associates is pleased to announce the upcoming expansion of its payment options, aimed at improving accessibility and convenience for clients seeking in-person or virtual therapy. This initiative is part of the organization’s broader commitment to reducing financial and logistical barriers to mental health care.

Over the coming weeks, a variety of new payment methods will be introduced to provide clients with greater flexibility in how they pay for services. These options will include:

  • Debit and Credit Cards (Available In-Person & Online)
  • Mobile Wallets, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay (In-Person)
  • Health Spending Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) (In-Person & Online)
  • Cheques and Cash (In-Person)
  • Direct Insurance Billing (In-Person & Online) with most major insurers, including:
    • Manulife
    • Canada Life
    • GreenShield
    • Securian Canada
    • Equitable
    • Medavie Blue Cross
    • And others

These new capabilities are designed to support clients whether they are booking therapy independently, with family, or through an employer benefits program. By offering a broad range of secure and flexible payment methods, Sherry Maxwell & Associates aims to streamline the administrative experience and allow clients to focus more fully on their mental health journey.
