What happens to my staff?
We partner with your team for the long term. We don't replace your team or fire them after an acquisition. We work hard to maintain the culture, atmosphere and community you have built over the years. We want to build a network of great clinics and continue to operate them for the long term, while providing additional support, training resources and additional benefits to staff.
What happens to my clients?
We do not change the way you assess, treat or interact with clients. You have complete control over that and you always will. We are here to support you through business management, training and additional services so you're able to focus on client care.

How much does it cost?
Going through our partnership process does not cost you anything. Our team pays for the valuations, contractors and due diligence. We highly recommend that you pay your accountant and lawyer to review paperwork and valuations for your own protection.
