BioEquity Holdings Expands into Holistic Rehabilitation with Strategic Acquisition of Body & Soul Chiropractic and Massage Therapy

(“BioEquity”) is delighted to announce its acquisition of Body & Soul Chiropractic and Massage Therapy, a leading provider of chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, orthotics services, and wellness workshops in Lethbridge, Alberta. This strategic acquisition reflects BioEquity’s mission to broaden access to comprehensive healthcare services by integrating mental health offerings into rehabilitation settings.
Founded in 2021 by Tyler Ford with the objective of improving healthcare accessibility across Canada, BioEquity has quickly grown into a network of clinics that blend holistic care with mental health services.
As of April 18, 2022, Body & Soul Chiropractic officially joins the BioEquity network. The acquisition enables seamless collaboration between physical rehabilitation and mental health support, recognizing that psychological well‑being is intrinsically connected to recovery from occupational injuries, motor vehicle trauma, and everyday stress.
