Cambridge, Ontario — September 2, 2025 — BioEquity Holdings Inc. today announced the acquisition of Sherry Maxwell & Associates, a respected Cambridge-based mental health practice. The partnership strengthens BioEquity’s presence in Southern Ontario and accelerates access to timely, in‑person services and affordable care options for individuals and families.

We’re expanding affordable options, including free therapy provided by supervised student therapists, low‑cost counselling, psychological assessments, and collaborative care models where your therapist can coordinate with a psychiatrist for mental health medication management and OHIP covered psychiatric diagnoses.
