Transformation Counselling Launching Collaborative Care Psychiatry Services Program

Kitchener-Waterloo, ON – September 19, 2025 – Transformation Counselling is proud to announce the upcoming launch of our Collaborative Care Psychiatry Services Program, set to begin within the next few months. This new initiative will offer integrated psychiatric care within our multidisciplinary model—bringing together psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive, personalized support tailored to their unique needs.

Designed to address the increasing demand for psychiatric services in the Kitchener-Waterloo region and across Ontario, our program will prioritize timely access, continuity of care, and collaborative treatment planning. Clients will benefit from coordinated care between their psychiatrist and their existing therapist or care provider—ensuring a smoother, more effective mental health journey.
